Hi, I’m Alyssa! I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Ball State University’s College of Health, with experience across eating-disorder care, behavioral health, and collegiate sports nutrition.

My approach to nutrition is personalized, practical, and judgment-free. Together, we’ll look at your eating habits, lifestyle, preferences, and goals to create realistic strategies that fit into your everyday life.
